From the moment the devices reach us, we register them on the Product Traceability System developed by our company and barcode them. Thanks to this process, we keep track of the status of your devices by keeping information about the fault history, periodic maintenance and general status of your device with reliable methods.
After registering your devices to our system, we take your device into consideration with our expert teams, taking into account your complaints, if any. We record the inspected device, the cause of the malfunction, the general condition of the circuit components, into an expertise report for inform you in our Product Traceability System.
The price offer of your device, for which the appraisal report is issued, is prepared by taking into account the general maintenance, cleaning needs and the component costs to be changed. The created price offer is submitted for your approval.
The repair and maintenance processes of the approved devices are carried out by our expert teams. Customer representatives report the transactions made in this process, record them in our system and inform you.
Devices that have been repaired are tested under appropriate conditions in the relevant test units. The repair processes of the devices that pass the test successfully are terminated.
Devices whose repair and maintenance processes completed are packed by our logistics team in a way suitable for transportation. It is delivered to you directly or by cargo, in line with your demands.
Simercom Elektronik repairs all drive groups, Servo Motors, HMI Panels, Operator Panels, Communication Cards, PLC Systems and Industrial PCs, regardless of brand and model, with its specialized staff. In case of need, it provides commissioning services for the devices repaired or sold.
